About Swanson Wagyu

Swanson Wagyu was built from a love of good cattle, good beef, and a desire to create something our family could grow together. Our Wagyu journey began in 2021 with the purchase of our first Wagyu female, 51H (FB61633), and we've been expanding and improving our herd ever since.
